A man was rescued after he was found floating face down near Seabright Beach over the weekend. A good samaritan brought the tourist to shore, and paramedics were able to revive him with CPR. The incident occurred shortly before 1 p.m. Sunday. The man was transported to Dominican Hospital for treatment.
