(18:43) HOLLISTER- Congressman Jimmy Panetta toured the damage caused by two levee breaks on Pacheco Creek north of Hollister on Wednesday. Panetta was joined by San Benito County officials for an inspection of the Lovers Lane area. Panetta said that he would lobby FEMA for funding to address the damages and to reimburse the county.
