A Pacific Grove woman has pleaded not guilty to federal charges, including wiretapping and the possession of illegal interception devices. 40-year-old Kristin Nyunt and her ex-husband, former police commander John Nyunt, worked together to access online databases and gather secure information, including social security numbers. She was also charged in Monterey County in connection to the identity theft. She was sentenced to eight years in state prison in September. She is due back in court on November 10th for a plea hearing.
