(06:20) Santa Cruz – The Santa Cruz Police Department is seeing the public’s help in identifying an alleged prowler. A property manager delivered a clip to the Santa Cruz Police Department, after a resident reported that their car window was smashed in. A video of the alleged prowler can be seen on the Santa Cruz Police Department’s Facebook Page.
