(06:35) Salinas – A woman was caught on surveillance video taking another woman’s wallet. The incident took place yesterday at the Salinas Walmart Supercenter. A picture of the woman can be seen on the Salinas Police Department’s Facebook Page. Anyone with information is encouraged to contact authorities.
