(14:57) MONTEREY- A Monterey based payroll company has closed its doors. Pinnacle Business Services laid off all its employees and locked it doors days after The district attorney’s office began to investigate the business due to complaints it had failed to issue payroll checks to client’s employees. A financial forensics investigation is underway to determine whether criminal activity is involved.
