(11:15) Watsonville – Police have arrested all the people who were involved in a shooting that took place on September 28, in the Food Maxx parking lot in Watsonville. 24 year-old Christopher Witherspoon, 23 year-old Brian De la Rosa and 23 year-old Alberto Rodriguez were involved in a shooting when they attempted to rob 25 year-old Huberto Celaya and Raymond Padilla. Celaya and Padilla met with the three men to sell them a large amount of marijuana. During the robbery Celaya, received a wound to the head, all three men were shot (but managed to drive away) and Padilla escaped with no injuries and fled from the scene by foot. Police arrived to the Food Maxx parking lot after being dispatched to a “shot fired” call. The Three men were found a short distance away after they called 911 because they were suffering from life threatening injuries. Police spotted Padilla in a vehicle in the Watsonville area yesterday (Friday) and made an arrest. All of the people involved in the crime were arrested for various charges ranging from attempted homicide, robbery, and possession for sales of Marijuana.
