(18:40) MOUNT MADONNA- As of yesterday (Thurs) afternoon the Loma Fire was fully contained. The 100 percent containment was two days ahead of Cal Fire’s projected containment of Saturday. Although the fire is now contained and roadways re-opened fire crews will remain on site for several weeks to mop up hot spots and to remove firefighting equipment. Motorists are advised to use caution on area roadways.
