(17:00) SALINAS- A team of eleven Pacific Gas & Electric crew members out of Salinas will travel to Florida to help restore power from damage caused by Hurricane Matthew. Florida Power and Light estimates roughly 2.5 million homes and businesses will lose service. In total, 100 PG&E employees are flying out of Sacramento early tomorrow on a chartered jet. They are expected to be there at least a week rebuilding the electric infrastructure.
