(09:00) Pacific Grove – The city council voted unanimously yesterday (Wednesday) to make road improvements on Highway 68 corridor in Pacific Grove. The decision was made after a recent study that was done to determine what makes the highway unsafe for motorists, pedestrians and cyclists. Some of the improvements that were discussed were to add sidewalks and bike lanes on Forrest Avenue and Sunset Drive. Although the city is ready to move forward with making the improvements on Highway 68, it may take years to complete the project because they need funding.
