(08:00) Salinas – The body that was found along Chualar Canyon Road last week has been identified. 32 year-old Ronnie Cronn went missing from Salinas in May. When Cronn’s body was found it was decomposed. Shortly after officers found the body they arrested 46 year-old Jeffery Madruga and 39 year-old Julie McClure on murder charges. When officers arrived at their home (at 1529 North First Street in Salinas) they discovered a methamphetamine lab, illegal firearms, and drugs. McClure and Madruga were booked into the Monterey County Jail on murder, firearms, and drug charges. Their bail has been set at 2 million dollars each.
