(09:00) Santa Clara County – Cal Fire reported this morning that All evacuation orders were lifted today as of 9 a-m for the Loma Fire. Residents returning to their homes are being told to create and maintain a defensible space. The fire is at 90 percent containment and has burned 4,474 acres. The full containment date has been set for October 8th.
