(08:30) Santa Clara County – Cal Fire reported this morning that All evacuation orders will be lifted today at 9 am for the Loma Fire. Residents returning to their homes are being told to create and maintain a defensible space. The fire is at 90 percent containment and has burned 4,474 acres.
