(07:35) California – Governor Jerry Brown passed a new law that prohibits California Drivers from using cell phones for any reason. This includes operating your GPS, finding directions, browsing traffic, or reading the news. Drivers must use hands-free or a Bluetooth device. The new law will go into effect this January.
