(16:00) SANTA CRUZ- The Santa Cruz Police department is asking the public’s help in identifying a prowler. The department has posted surveillance photos of the prowler on their Facebook page. The images were obtained from home security cameras in Eastside neighborhoods between the hours of midnight and 3 a.m. on multiple occasions. Anyone who recognizes the individual is encouraged to contact Santa Cruz police.
