(16:38) HOLLISTER- The Hollister Police Department now has a new canine officer. During a swearing in ceremony yesterday (Thursday) the city clerk welcomed the German Sheppard to the force and presented the canine’s handler with a certificate. The newest member of the Hollister police is named Dallas in honor of five recently slain Dallas police officers.
