(16:33) Monterey County- Monterey County Sheriff’s deputies arrested a man Friday night following a vehicle stop. Police say a patrol unit stopped the vehicle in an undisclosed location because of an expired registration. Officers determined that the driver was unlicensed and under the influence of drugs. A search of the vehicle uncoverd meth and drug paraphernalia, the driver was booked into Monterey County jail.
