(15:21) MARINA- Marina police arrested two men on drug charges while investigating a domestic dispute last week. Shortly before midnight on Monday a patrol unit responded to a dispute call on the 200 block of Hillcrest Avenue. At the scene officers officers found illegal pills, a pill pressing machine and two firearms, including an assault rifle with high capacity magazines. 25-year-old Nhan Phan was arrested on suspicion of violating a protective order, assault with a firearm, exhibiting a firearm, violating probation and threatening a crime with the intent to terrorize. A second man was arrested on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance and a probation violation.
