(08:29) FELTON – A waterline installation project is expected to cause traffic delays in Felton next week. Beginning on Monday, crews will be working on East Zayante Road from Graham Hill Road to West Zayante Road from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. One way traffic controls will be place in both northbound and southbound lanes.
