(20:56) SANTA CRUZ- The Santa Cruz City Council has voted in favor of regulating In-Law cottage rentals. At this weeks meeting council members voted 4 to 3 in favor of crafting a law that would ban the renting of the small Mother-in Law type units as short term vacation rentals. The proposed new law would allow continued short term rental for two years before the ban would take effect.
