(21:19) SANTA CRUZ – Santa Cruz County residents may soon have access to Kaiser Permante Health care locally. A San Mateo based construction company will be entering the design phase for three sites around Santa Cruz County later this year, with construction to follow after. Local facilities will include access to health care for residents whose insurance has Kaiser Permante providers outside of the county at this time. The proposed plan will include locations in Santa Cruz, Watsonville, and Scotts Valley.
