An Oakland man has been convicted of felony domestic violence in Monterey County. 40-year-old Francisco Padilla Vasquez was arrested in September after punching his girlfriend in the face. Vasquez faces a maximum sentence of 13 years in state prison. He is scheduled to return to court January 8th for sentencing.
