(06:55) Santa Cruz County – Public Works announced that work on Graham Hill Road at Post Mile 2.97 near the intersection of Rollingwoods Drive will be subject to traffic delays from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p-m today (Tuesday) through November 16.
