(07:10) Santa Cruz – A man’s body was found in the water near West Cliff Drive and Merced Avenue yesterday (Wednesday). Witnesses reported seeing the body around 4:00 p.m. Police reported the man was dead at the scene. The man’s identity is being withheld at this time pending notification of his family.
