A San Francisco woman pleaded not guilty to battery charges yesterday (Thursday). 46 year old Katherine Galbraith was out of jail for a previous assault charge on O-R when she struck someone in the back of the head and ran off on Tuesday. Galbraith was apprehended nearby and booked into jail without bail. She is due back in court on August 24th.
