Developers are willing to pay the city of Santa Cruz 8.5 million dollars to purchase a city-owned parcel, that is part of the former Skypark Airfield in Scotts Valley. The 8.15 acres that front onto Mount Hermon Road (and are near Kings Village Road), would be used as a portion of the long-planned-for Scotts Valley Town Center.
