(16:55) Santa Cruz- An accident involving a solo motorcyclist took place today at approximately 4:30 p.m. on the southbound highway 1, causing the motorcyclist multiple injuries. Traffic surrounding the accident was congested and briefly closed as authorities reached the scene. The motorcyclist was transported by ground to Dominican hospital. The highway has since been reopened.
