Tracks and bridges are being investigated after a magnitude 3.4 earthquake (and 2 aftershocks) shook the San Francisco Bay Area this morning. The epicenter of this morning’s 4:42 a.m. quake occurred 2 miles north of the East Bay town of Piedmont, at a hypocentral depth of 7 miles.
