A Morgan Hill woman has been arrested on felony hit and run charges. Police say that 23 year old Presley Jackson and a friend ere driving on Tennant Avenue on Thursday, when she hit another vehicle and fled the scene, but lost control of the vehicle and crashed into a fire hydrant where she abandoned the car. She was apprehended nearby and booked into Santa Clara County jail.
