Mann’s Packing has confirmed that an employee at its Salinas facility has tested positive for Covid-19. That employee worked in the Pea Palace, and other employees who may have come in direct (or indirect) contact with that person have been told to self-isolate at home. Along with all of the other safety protocols in place there, all people entering the Mann Packing facility in Salinas have their temperature tested each time they enter, and if their temperature reads as more than 100.4 degrees, they are not allowed to enter. Only business-essential employees and vendors are allowed to enter the facility.
