A temporary moratorium on the possession, use and sale of non-medical marijuana has been extended in Santa Cruz county. That after Santa Cruz County Supervisors unanimously agreed to hold at least 2 public workshops first. The moratorium is reportedly designed to keep storefronts (where recreational marijuana would be sold) from popping up all over the county.
