Monterey CHP says a body found on Highway 1 near Struve Road was the victim of a hit-n-run, The body of 25-year-old Joseph Hunt of New Hampshire was discovered by a CHP officer driving on Highway 1.
Hunt’s injuries were described as “significant head and body trauma.”
CHP says there was no 911 call or reports of a body found. Officers are still looking for whoever was driving hit the victim.
