(17:51) CARMEL-The Monterey County Sheriff’s Office is reporting a diving fatality. Officials say that on Tuesday, a 33 year old San Jose man was treated by paramedics at Carmel Beach before being transported to an area hospital where he was pronounced dead. An autopsy will be performed to determine cause of death.
