Monterey County Sheriff’s deputies arrested three gang members in King City early Saturday. At about 12:18 a.m. patrol units investigating reports of gang activity at a housing complex on the 12-hundred block of Amherst Drive, heard several shots fired. Officers located and attempted to stop the suspect vehicle and a short chase ensued until the car pulled over. The vehicle and occupants, known norteno gang members were searched uncover a pistol and ammunition. 20 year old Robert Guajardo, 23 year old Miguel Godoy, and 18 year old Alejandro Pacheco were booked into county jail on weapons and gang charges.
