A Monterey County Sheriff’s Deputy was hospitalized over the weekend. That after a Red Dodge 4-door collided with a sheriff’s patrol car at the intersection of Pajaro Street and East Romie Lane.
The collision was reportedly at speeds of 40 to 50 miles-per-hour, with the Dodge driver having run a red light and striking a power pole in addition to the patrol car.
Injuries for both parties involved in the collision were minor.
