A Monterey cardiologist today was sentenced on charges that he touched the breasts of a sedated female patient. 73-year old Robert Wlodarczyk pled guilty to a single count of committing lewd or dissolute conduct in public. The assault took place in October, 2016 in Salinas.
Wlodarzyk had performed a cardiac catheterization procedure on the woman just prior to the assault. He was sentenced to 3 years’ probation and 180 days in custody which was suspended. He is also required to surrender his medical license.
