Monterey Bay Brooding Octopuses 10/31/18A 12:29 S.S.

More  than  1,000  brooding  octopuses  have  been  seen  off  the  coast  of  Monterey.  Scientists  on  the  submersible  vessel  (known  as  the  Nautilus)  say  the  cluster  of  octopuses  is  about  2  miles  below  the  surface.  They  are  tucked  between  rocks,  with  their  tentacles  inverted  (as  they  protect  clusters  of  their  eggs).
