A 4-story apartment complex has been proposed in Monterey. The 222 housing units would be built on 7.4 acres….that are bounded by Anthony Street, Figueroa Street, Del Monte Avenue, And Camino El Estero. Daniel Silverie lll (the owner and president of Silverie Properties L-L-C, is working with the Monterey Planning Department on this proposed complex. Silverie said he “really wants this project to be the iconic affordable housing project in downtown Monterey”.
