Monterey County Sheriff’s deputies have arrested a man who was attempting to smuggle prescription drugs into the jail. Authorities say that on Friday, Enrique Burton was caught trying to smuggle a large amount of Hydrocodone and Alprazolam into the jail. Burton was booked into the Monterey County Jail
