(17:01) ELKHORN- A flash flood warning was extended last night. The warning which had been in effect originally until 6:15 p.m. was extended until 9:15 p.m. due to King Tides and heavy rainfall totals. At this time Elkhorn Road between Hidden Valley and Strawberry Roads in North Monterey County is flooded. Residents in coastal low lying areas should take precautions against possible flooding.
