Millions of Cuisinarts have been recalled due to a laceration hazard. There have been 69 reports of consumers finding broken pieces of the blade in their processed food. Reportedly the food processor’s riveted blade can crack over time, allowing small metal pieces to break off into the food, posing a laceration hazard to consumers.
