Reportedly Doctor Dean Leo Crow’s actions led to pharmacists dispensing more than 452-thousand pills, including Oxycodone and Hydrocodone. Crow, his wife Diane Crow, Erik Samuel Gonzales, Brittney Lynn Cardona, And Joe Anthony Bernal are charged with 1 count of conspiracy to distribute a controlled substance and 1 count of conspiracy to acquire and obtain possession of a controlled substance by misrepresentation (or fraud). Crow voluntarily forfeited his right to prescribe controlled substances.
