(11:10)SANTA CRUZ- The County of Santa Cruz has released its annual proposed budget. The proposed 696 million dollar budget is comprised of 131 separate funds which are used to finance a variety of County services including a 470 million dollar general fund. The County Board of Supervisors will take the recommendations under advisement during budget hearings scheduled for June 20- through 28.
