(06:45) Santa Cruz – Santa Cruz police arrested 2 people after they were found sleeping in a stolen vehicle in a Westside neighborhood. 26-year-old Natasha Linderman and 50-year-old Mark Bounds were found unresponsive in a stolen vehicle on Delaware Avenue near Shaffer Road. Officers found methamphetamine and heroin inside the vehicle. Linderman and Bounds were booked into the Santa Cruz County Jail.
