(11:15) SALINAS – A Salinas woman has been arrested for stealing a car. Officers found 27-year old Angela Bishop Morris sleeping in a vehicle on Old Stage Road Wednesday night. The car she was found in had been reported stolen on Tuesday. Â Officers questioned Morris and she admitted to stealing the vehicle. She was booked into Monterey County Jail. (M.K.)
