(18:24)SALINAS- Salinas police arrested two men on weapons charges Wednesday night. Authorities say that officers spotted to men acting suspiciously in a closed shopping center on the 1500 block of North Sanborn Avenue. During questioning the pair were found to be in possession of a replica handgun, a hatchet, and a knife. One of the suspects was wearing a ski mask rolled up to look like a beanie. 18 year old Isaac Villapando and 22 year Saul Ballesteros were booked into county jail.
