(08:20) Monterey – A homeless man convicted of committing lewd acts on a 15-year-old in Monterey has been sentenced to 2 years in prison. The incident took place in December of 2016 at a Starbucks in downtown Monterey. The Monterey County District Attorney’s Office reported that 33 year-old Kyle Gray approached a 15 year old girl and tried to kiss and hug her and touched her chest area. Gray has been sentenced to 2 years in prison.
