(09:10) Capitola – A man was arrested on suspicion of hit-and-run and DUI yesterday. The incident took place in Capitola Village yesterday afternoon. 23 year-old Gregory Cloud reportedly drove over the sidewalk next to the Big Kahuna Hawaiian shop and smashed into a palm tree. Witnesses reported that Cloud jumped out of the vehicle and took off running with 36-pack of beer. Cloud was located a short time later and arrested. There were no reports of any injuries.
