(07:28) SCOTTS VALLEY – Individuals with criminal records in Santa Cruz County are invited to attend a workshop tomorrow addressing the provisions of Proposition 47. The measure was approved in 2014 and aims to reduce penalties for non-violent crimes. At the meeting, participants will find out if they qualify to change their record.
