(19:23)- MONTEREY CO.- A Watsonville man was arrested with over 10 pounds of methamphetamine earlier this month. 36 year old Rodrigo “Roy” Marquez was under investigation by the Santa Cruz County Sheriff’s office when he was spotted in Monterey County on March 10th. A search of Marquez’s vehicle by Monterey County sheriff’s deputies, the CHP and Santa Cruz County sheriff’s deputies uncovered a large quantity of meth and a half pound of heroin. Marquez was booked into Monterey County Jail.
